The 20th National Conference on Domestic Violence
September 19, 2021 @ 8:00 am - September 21, 2021 @ 5:00 pm
For the safety of our conference attendees, speakers, award recipients, dignitaries, and staff, NCADV has made the difficult decision to postpone NCADV’s national conference scheduled for September 19th – 21st, 2021 in Washington, DC.
Our decision is a direct response to the increase in COVID-19 cases, including hospitalizations and deaths during the past several weeks. The more easily communicable Delta variant has emerged across the country, including in our host city of Washington, DC. We considered hosting the conference virtually but are unable to do so at this time.
We are working on a date for the conference to be safely rescheduled in Washington, DC and we look forward to announcing that information as soon as we are able. In recognition of your resilience over the past year and a half, we still want to provide an environment that allows us to ensure your opportunity to revive, restore and renew–safely–in the near future.
Registered attendees and speakers have been contacted directly via email with more information.
Currently, we are working to establish a process for registrants to select between registration refunds or “banking” conference registrations for the rescheduled conference. Once that process is established, we will share more information and will be contacting conference registrants.
