World Drowning Prevention Day
All child deaths are sad, but as a prosecutor some of the saddest investigations I was involved in were about accidental drownings.
Especially in the summertime, it is certainly appropriate for there to be awareness of this preventable tragedy.
The United Nations has declared today, and every July 25, to be World Drowning Prevention Day
