SCHOOL-BASED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES WORKSHOP
The Vincent J. Fontana Center for Child Protection, of The New York Foundling, is offering a workshop entitled “Can School-Based Mental Health Services Make a Difference?” on Friday, January 26th from 3-4pm EST.

Speaker: David Love, LMFT is the founder and Executive Director of Valley Community Counseling Services in Stockton, California, which currently provides a suicide intervention team to 9 school districts. Mr. Love has provided therapy services to survivors and offenders in the child abuse field since 1974. He also has been a trainer in the child abuse field for over forty years and is the co-author of the book “After the Fact: A Guide for Families Learning of Their Child’s Sexual Abuse Later”. He has been providing expert witness testimony to the courts for over thirty years in the areas of child sexual abuse, rape and domestic violence.
