RECENT CHILD ABUSE RELATED OPINIONS OF THE NJ APPELLATE DIVISION 
Two recent cases from the NJ Appellate Division are relevant to this work and can inform how to handle cases in the future.

St. v. DeAngelo Gonzalez – A-2057-20,  Decided May 16, 2023

This Bergen County case involves the appropriateness of hearsay testimony from a Forensic Nurse Examiner and an RDTC Advanced Practice Nurse.

St. v. Donnie Harrell – A-1908-22, Decided 

This Union County case addresses issues of Evid. R. 803(c)(27), a victim’s partial recollection, and Crawford v. Washington and the confrontation clause.
