Lisa Conradi, Psy.D President and Founder, Trauma-Informed Innovations, LLC I am a Clinical Psychologist and trauma expert from San Diego, CA with more than 20 years of experience leading teams and organizations through change. As the leader of one of the largest children’s advocacy centers and child trauma treatment centers in the nation throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. A trauma-informed approach helps us understand how our own life experiences shape us, and how they influence how we work with others. You cannot meaningfully engage with your colleagues, your leaders, and your staff members if you are always reactive and responding. I founded Trauma-Informed Innovations Group as a way to provide training, consultation, and share information on the newest research on trauma and organizational culture. Here’s what clinicians are saying about the forums… |
