MDT ORIENTATION RESOURCES

Does your MDT have new members?  They all do, from time to time, and it’s important to have in place some form of orientation for new MDT members, so that they understand their role, the role of others, how things work at meetings, how members interact, and many other aspects of MDT membership.
In fact, NCA’s standards require an orientation: “The CAC/MDT provides formal orientation for new MDT members regarding CAC/MDT process, policies and procedures, and code of conduct.”*
