R.A.C.E: Race and Cultural Empathy Day 2: History of Racism in Mental Health Professions

The RACE training series was developed to provide knowledge that will facilitate understanding, empathy, and cohesion among staff members of different racial and cultural backgrounds in human service agencies. The RACE training is designed to provide knowledge that will assist staff to engage therapeutically with and provide appropriate services to clients of different racial and cultural backgrounds.
