Burlington County CAC Earns Re-Accreditation!

We are excited to announce that the Burlington County Child Advocacy Center has successfully earned re-accreditation with the National Children’s Alliance.

CACs that have met NCA’s ten accreditation standards have demonstrated that they adhere to best practices in ensuring all child abuse victims are served by CACs receive quality, evidence-based services that help them heal from abuse. After gaining initial accreditation, CACs must undergo a re-accreditation process every 5 years.

NJCA’s goal of ensuring that child abuse victims in all 21 counties have access to a Child Advocacy Center by the end of (“21 by (20)21”) has already been met, with 12 centers having achieved full accreditation and the remaining 9 actively working toward meeting the standards. Burlington CAC is the latest to earn re-accreditation, while Gloucester is the latest CAC to earn first-time accreditation.
